I am not satisfied with this product.I did not know it would be so small.I ordered the Zen MP3 player and it was nice.I thought this product would be the same size.I was very disappointed and would not recommend anyone purchasing it.

I only had this MP3 player for over a month and it already died. I plug it in to charge and no juice. I absolutely loved it for the fact that I could add the SDHC card and use my collection of Slotradio cards. Now my Slotradio cards are useless.

I think a person should be told before they spend their money on this item they have to make a monthly payment to Rhapsody for the MP3s. I have a couple thousand record albums that I can convert to MP3s and don’t want Rhapsody.

everything on the screen is displayed in Arabic I think. The screen becomes locked any time you try to navigate at all. useless! The first Amazon purchase for me that really tanked.
